from United States on 09/17/2023 - Really like this bin. The box is fantastic for sorting floss and smaller notions/accessories. The inner storage height easily fits a standard 1 1/8” bobbin. I was able to store my both DMC plastic and cardboard bobbins upright, making it easier to see what color numbers I have on hand without even opening the bin. I wanted additional dividers, so I emailed ArtBin to see if they sold spares and they sent me a dozen extras. If you want to remove the label, I recommend blasting it with a warm hairdryer for a few seconds before peeling it off to help prevent it from leaving behind any residue.

from United States on 10/03/2022 These just aren't like the old storage bins made by Darice and Color Caddy; the dividers are difficult to cut and seem a bit too large for the slots (you have to really push them in), also the once divided compartments are a bit too small for the floss bobbins to stand up so that the DMC numbers are easily visible. I would have returned them, but the postage was almost equal to the purchase price. I am hoping that I will be able to adapt them somewhat to keep floss for an individual project.

I like that it has removable dividers, so I can make smaller or larger compartments as needed. The box and locking mechanism definitely feel sturdy, so I would feel comfortable traveling and confident that it wouldn't pop open in a suitcase.

from United States on 05/11/2018 - Perfect for Floss Storage I was very happy with this floss holder. It is perfectly sized to fit plastic bobbins, and they do not slide around or move. The number of dividers is perfect, and they can be placed quite close together. Each "section" holds approximately 4 bobbins fully wrapped in floss, meaning approximately 100 bobbins can be stored per box. On top of all that, it is made with good quality plastic and is beautiful when full.
